![]() Then it heated up we me saying this is no way to run a business, no way to treat customers, 6 o’clock means 6 o’clock and maybe they needed to get a clock. He said “sorry” and how Covid was affecting them and walked away. Finally Lou? The owner? Came out and I told him as well this was UNACCEPTABLE.and that I had told him that same thing the last time. A lady (wife of owner) came forward…but did not say much. Then I was told it would be about a 10 minute wait…UNACCEPTABLE….and I told her so in no uncertain terms. I do not believe this was intentional…but probably a lack of training. I pointed that out to her and she corrected the bill. I arrived at 6 pm and she rang up the order…incorrectly…not giving the special night price for the mostaccioli. I advised her that I needed it at 6 PM…50 minutes from now….and told her of my previous experience with it not being ready so I needed it at 6 pm since I had people depending on me. ![]() The girl who took my order told me 20-25 minutes. Tonight I called in an order at 5:09 pm for 2 pizzas and. My last experience about 2 weeks ago was the take-out was 15 minutes late and the quality had gone downhill. Tonight Angelo’s lost me for life as a good and loyal customer.
